Host a Retreat with Us

Welcome to Pisac Inca Guest House - the perfect space to host your retreat in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, Peru. We are very happy to host groups working with the sacred San Pedro and Huachuma plant medicines.

 

Our comfortable accommodations and beautiful gardens provide the perfect setting for rest and relaxation.

  • We have two fire circles for group gatherings.

  • We have a yoga and meditation room plus a library and living room.

  • We offer a delicious vegetarian (or vegan) breakfast, much loved by all.

  • Optional lunch and dinner are also available.

  • We can help with transportation and other logistics to make your retreat a success.

  • Very quiet area next to the fields of maize, but also a short walk to Pisac market, Pisac ruins and great restaurants.

Spaces available for your group

Yoga room

we have a large yoga space that can fit 10 yoga mats comfortably, or 14 with less space in between. We provide mats and cushions. The Yoga room is bright and open and has an amazing view. The yoga space also be used for integration, art, or talks, and is open to you all the time. There is also kitchen sink with filtered water and a bathroom close by.

Living Room

We have a very comfortable lounge on the second floor, with lots of places to relax and read. We have a large library of interesting books ranging from local Peruvian culture, spirituality, travel and novels. The living room can also be used for post ceremony integration.

Terrace & Gardens

We have a beautiful sunny terrace with incredible views of the valley, corn fields and the mountains. There are lounge chairs and sun shades. Both properties have a beautiful garden, taken care of lovingly by the father of the family, Florentino. There are lounge chairs, fruit trees, birds, and lovely views.

Fire circle

Our fire circle has a connection with the ancient Inca culture, the rocks were found in the city center. The fire circle can fit up to 15 people comfortably. both properties have fire circles.

Delicious Breakfast included

Breakfast

  • Breakfast is included from 8:00AM to 10:00 AM (we can change this on request).

  • There is a menu with many options to choose from. Fresh fruit juices, specialty coffees, teas, and traditional Andean drinks are included.

  • We are happy to accommodate special dietary requests. We make delicious vegetarian and vegan food with gluten free or dairy free if needed.

  • Many people tell us our breakfasts are the best ever in their South American trip.

Lunch and Dinner

  • available on request

  • The main plate is a delicious vegetarian version of local cuisine (causa rellena, chaufa de quinoa, sopa de quinoa, rocoto rellena). we can accommodate any special diets.

  • The meal comes with a non alcoholic traditional drink (chicha morada, traditional tea made from herbs picked in the mountains).

  • The price is $15 USD per person. We need 4 days advanced notice.

Kitchen and Dining Room

  • We offer free filtered water, hot water and herbal teas (muna, coca, mint, chamomile, green tea, black tea, etc.) available 24 hours.

  • The dinning room seats 24 people comfortably (or up to 36 with 6 at a table). It is available for group activities.

  • The kitchen is not available for group cooking without prior arrangement.

Rooms & Capacity

We can accommodate up to 35 guests.

We have 18 quiet, comfortable and spacious rooms:

  • 10 rooms with two twin beds

  • 7 rooms with one double bed

  • 1 room with one double bed and two twin beds

 

Each room has:

  • A private bathroom and a large shower, with soap, shampoo, creams.

  • Hot water is solar with natural gas, available 24 hours.

  • Free high speed wi-fi is available in all rooms and common areas

  • A large window and a door that opens to the gardens and mountains

  • A chair and table for working or writing, an armoire

  • An electric heater

  • Daily housecleaning

  • Laundry service is available (at extra cost $1.60 USD per kilo)

  • Luggage storage is also available at no cost

"Non-Dual" Guest House

 

Our guest house has two locations, just a few feet apart from each other (18 steps to be precise). We operate as one place, guests come and go to either location.

The original “Pisac Inca - Mountain Views” has 6 rooms - 24 m2 (260 sq ft), some rooms have a mini kitchen. On this side there is a sun terrace, a small common kitchen and sitting area, a large garden with a fire circle. Rooms have adobe walls and wood beam ceilings.

The newer “Pisac Inca - Quishu” has 12 rooms - 20 m2 (215 sq ft). On this side there is a yoga and meditation room, large kitchen and dining room, living room and library, a garden with a fire circle and beautiful wall murals. Rooms also have a mountain view. "Quishu" is short for our last name Quispe Huaman.

Pisac Inca - Mountain View

  • $66 USD/night 1 person (double bed)

  • $80 USD/night 2 people (twin beds or double bed)

  • $92 USD/night 3 people  (one double bed plus one single bed)

  • $112 USD/night 4 people (one double bed plus two single beds)

 

Pisac Inca - Quishu

  • $56 USD/night 1 person (double bed)

  • $70 USD/night 2 people (twin beds or double bed)

Optional items

  • We provide fire wood for fire circles ($12 USD for 2+ hours of wood)

  • Optional lunch or dinner is $15 USD/person. Advanced notice needed.

Room Discounts

  • We offer discounts depending on how long you stay:

    • 2 or 6 nights: 10% discount

    • 7 plus nights: 15% discount

  • The minimum quantity of rooms is 4 rooms.

Deposit & Payment

  • We require a 25% deposit. We accept credit card or wire transfer.

  • Once the deposit is paid your spot is secure.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of arrival. Please bring US dollars. Credit card payments are subject to a 5% card fee (our cost).

  • To secure your spot during high season (Mar 1 to Sep 31) book at least 4 months in advance.


Cancellation Policy

  • You receive a full refund if you cancel 30 days before arrival.

  • We keep the deposit if you cancel within 30 days of arrival.

  • During low season - Oct 1 to Feb 28 - we give a full refund within 15 days of arrival).

Transportation

We can help you arrange transportation to and from the Cusco airport and to any location in the Sacred Valley. We work with trusted taxi drivers we have know for a long time.

Here are some example of 2024 prices. All transportation prices subject to change.

  • Cusco airport to Pisac Hotel: $32 USD total for 4 people. A larger van is $45 USD total for 9 people.

  • Pisac hotel to Pisac ruins is $10 USD for 4 people.

  • Pisac hotel to Rinconada in mototaxi is $2 USD for 2 people.

  • Pisac hotel to Kinsa Cocha is $45 USD for 4 people. The taxi will wait 2-3 hours. If you are staying longer you’ll need another taxi. Call for prices of larger vans.
